Aevum Operations Group works with a small number of highly skilled operations professionals on a contract basis to support client engagements. We are not looking for task executors. We are looking for operational thinkers who can sit inside a client's business, translate vague descriptions into specific problems, and execute with judgment and initiative.

What This Work Looks Like

Supporting Tier 2 client engagements with workflow documentation, SOP development, and tool implementation
Drafting Progress Pulses and client deliverables under founder oversight
Managing multiple client workstreams simultaneously with precision and care
Flagging problems before they become client issues

What We Look For

3 or more years of experience in operations, project coordination, or professional support

Strong written communication — specific, clear, and appropriately warm

Ability to identify a problem before being told it exists

Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to find a path forward without a complete playbook

Availability for 10 to 20 hours per week on a contract basis
